Allison Hendrick completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Spalding University in 2021 and is currently completing her Doctor of Clinical Psychology. Her practicum experiences include conducting psychological assessments at a community mental health center, providing individual therapy with high school and college students impacted by COVID, and, most recently, specialized training in providing therapy for mothers struggling with post-partum anxiety and depression, infertility, birth trauma and pregnancy loss.
Allison enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, who aim to better manage their anxiety and depression or are looking to heal from past trauma or adverse events. She has a special interest in working with first responders. Allison aims to create a safe, meaningful, and collaborative relationship with clients in order to help them discover security and purpose within their lives. She works from an interpersonal framework while integrating components of CBT and DBT.
In her free time, Allison enjoys reading, music, playing volleyball, being on any type of water and spending time with family and friends. She especially loves trips back to her small lake town in Western NY.
