Kathy (she/her) is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Spalding University where she earned her Master’s degree. She is currently a fourth-year student in the Psy.D. program. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and helping individuals live with chronic health issues cope and lead a meaningful life. Her primary approach to therapy involves creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship. In Kathy’s free time, she enjoys reading, quilting, and cooking. She can also be found exploring hiking trails in and around Louisville.
